It was pretty easy, just time consuming and messy. Rob made me laugh, though. He looked at my jars and suggested he bring home more apples so I can can more applesauce. How many more? "Why don't you just do up 100 jars and then we'll have a year's worth stored up." Yeah. Maybe I'll do more, but not nearly that many!

I've been wanting to learn how to do some canning. I hope to get started next year.
